Features:
● Horizontal Protrudent Indenter Design, suitable for internal and external testing;
● Testing surfaces difficult to reach by normal Rockwell testers, internal surface of rings and tubes with diameters over 23mm;
● Testing force was set automatically according to testing scale;
● Measuring results displays on LCD and can be printed, or transmitted to external computer automatically by USB or RS-232 data output port;
● Test value can be transformed to the value of HB, HV, HK and σb value;
● Conform standards ISO 6508-2, ASTM E18.
Application:
1, Rockwell B Scale HRB: Copper alloys, soft steels, aluminum alloys, malleable iron, etc.
2, Rockwell C Scale HRC: Steel, hard cast irons, pearlitic malleable iron, titanium, deep case hardened steel, and other materials harder than B100.
3, Rockwell A Scale HRA: Cemented carbides, thin steel, and shallow case-hardened steel.
